Judy Burlingham, President and Broker:
Judy started her career in 1991 in the employee benefit department of a well-known life insurance company before starting Coast Benefit Consultants, Inc. in 1997. Judy’s personal mission in creating her company was for her and her team to lead productive lives, centered on high quality integrity, ideals, and principles, and to have positive attitudes while maintaining the basic premise that the interests of the client always come first.
Judy has been a member on many insurance companies’ advisory boards, and she was instrumental in providing valuable feedback and guidance for the creation of California’s very first exchange program, California Choice.
In addition to starting Coast Benefit Consultants, she is the founder of Pipeline to a Cure which is a non-profit organization for Cystic Fibrosis and over the past 15 years she has raise millions of dollars for the organization.
Kim Dannettell, Vice President and Broker:
Kim is an employee benefit specialist and has been a licensed agent and in the industry since 1988. She has spent the first ten years of her career working for two of the nation’s largest health insurance companies before starting her own agency in June of 1999 and joining Coast Benefit Consultants, in June of 2020.
She has always maintained that her number one priority is to work closely with her clients to understand what is important to them and to develop employee benefit programs to meet their specific needs. Kim has a great talent for taking some of the most complex insurance issues and explaining them in a clear, concise, easy to understand manner.
She is also and Estate Planning Representative and she is passionate about helping business owners and employees protect the financial success and assets from probate through comprehensive probate avoidance trust and estate planning.
Her collaborative and comprehensive approach, client specific solutions, and sincere desire to help others allow her to quickly become a trusted insurance and employee benefit advisor.
We have a team of dedicated account managers who are the heart and soul of Coast Benefit. Their passion for what we do, and industry experience is the driving factor for putting our clients’ needs first and making them feel special and appreciated.
Our account managers have strong working relationships with our clients, and they are responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of the benefit plan. They are available to answer employer and employee benefit questions, resolve billing and claim issues and they also analyze in-force coverages and make recommendations to validate or improve upon in-force coverages.
